It all started at the age of 5. Kelsey would watch her Aunt Leona braid hair for the women in her neighborhood. She started braiding just by watching her for hours. She fell in love with the connection her Aunt would create with her clients and decided to become a professional in the same craft.

Kelsey enjoys making people look beautiful but more importantly, she wants them to FEEL beautiful once they leave her salon. She has a passion for being creative and working with her hands; the beauty industry is a perfect mixture!

Luxe Glam Shop offers a full array of beauty services, specializing in hair braiding, hair extensions, everyday glam, permanent makeup and many other beauty treatments.

In 2008, Kelsey received her cosmetology license from Elite Academy. In 2009, she expanded her professional background by training at the Vidal Sassoon Academy in London.

Kelsey’s clients experience a comfortable and welcoming setting whenever they enter her suite. All clients are treated professionally and will receive their services in a timely manner. She always strives to combine speed with perfection and make sure you leave the shop satisfied!

On the personal side Kelsey is a fun-loving mother of two girls living in West Sacramento, California. She loves music, traveling, painting, drawing and having a good time.
