Policies

Read prior to booking

  • All appointments require a deposit to book. If there is no deposit received, you do not have a confirmed appointment. If you would like a consultation (via text/phone call), please send a message to (916) 620-4454. Please be sure to mention any balding, hair, or scalp conditions. 

  • Braid/extension services do not include wash/blow dry unless this service is added. Please arrive with your hair prepped for install which means free of products, detangled, washed and blown out. 

  • All styles range from 1-5 hours (max).

  • No extra guests may accompany you to your appointment due to COVID safety protocols. 

 

Luxe Glam Shop salon rules

 

  • Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early to your appointment. You will be asked to sit in the waiting area or in your car.

  • Please wear a face mask at all times.

  • Only clients being serviced will be allowed in the salon to better maintain social distancing.

  • No gossiping or loud talking in the salon.

  • The is a ZERO tolerance for any aggressive/violent behavior at Luxe Glam Shop.

  • Please respect all stylists and customers when visiting the salon.

 

Scheduling & Deposits

 

  • There is a deposit required to secure all appointments. 

  • The deposit will be deducted from the total amount of your service.

  • Deposits can be paid via PayPal, CashApp, or Venmo.

  • The remainder of all services must be paid in cash, or via ApplePay, CashApp, or Venmo on the day of your appointment.

  • Please make sure that your method of payment is working or that you have cash on hand prior to getting serviced.

 

Late Fees

 

  • There is a $20 late fee that will be added if you are more than 15 minutes late.

  • After 15 minutes, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and a new deposit will be required (unless discussed prior to your appointment time).

 

Refunds

 

  • There are NO REFUNDS once you leave the salon.

  • If there are any issues within 5 days, please contact us to have them repaired.

 

Covid-19

 

  • All clients are required to wear a mask to your appointment. 

  • Masks will be provided if forgotten, and must be worn over your mouth and nose at all times. 

  • Please do not book with Luxe Glam Shop if you are feeling sick or have any symptoms of illness.

  • If you arrive for your appointment and are showing clear signs of sickness (excessive coughing, sniffles, fever), your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 50% of the booked service.

 

Deposit & Payment

 

  • A non-transferable/non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments. The site will prompt you to pay at deposit at the time of booking. 

  • The following payment options are accepted:

    • Cash App: $Kblissett

    • Venmo: Kblissett15

 

Sew In Policy

 

  • Previously used bundles must be washed & dried PRIOR TO service, free of any smells or debris. 

  • Takedown services must be scheduled separately. 

  • All sew ins include install, cut and style.

 

Photo Policy

 

  • All clients are subject to photographs for promotion/advertisement purposes at Luxe Glam Shop. These photos are rightfully owned by Luxe Glam Shop LLC. 

 

Cancellation Policy

 

  • All cancellations and no-shows will result in a forfeit of your deposit. 

  • A new deposit will be required to book if cancelled less than 24 hours prior to your appointment. 

  • The deposit may be used to reschedule ONCE. After that, a new deposit must be paid.
